The Lyceum

Online CBT across the UK.

Can I discuss online CBT with The Lyceum from anywhere in the UK?

Yes. The Lyceum can discuss online CBT with adults across the UK. An initial conversation is the place to consider whether the format is suitable, practical and clinically appropriate for you; it is not a promise of an appointment or treatment plan. A practical route when London is not close by. You may be looking for a structured way to work on anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low mood, burnout, trauma or a pattern that has become hard to carry, without needing to travel to a London room. Online CBT can make an initial conversation and, where appropriate, ongoing work more practical. The same questions still matter: what is happening, what support is already in place, what feels safe and manageable, and whether this format fits your circumstances. Clear arrangements before booking. The established fee for a 50-minute online CBT session is £110. The initial consultation is free. Fees do not determine suitability, availability, the number of sessions or an outcome. Before booking, the clinic can discuss the format, privacy, technology, current arrangements and whether a fuller assessment may be useful. Online does not have to mean distant. A video appointment can still be a focused, collaborative space to notice patterns and decide what to try next. It is not right for every situation. If you need urgent help, are in immediate danger or cannot keep yourself safe, contact emergency or urgent services rather than relying on an enquiry or an online appointment.
