How much does CBT therapy cost? At The Lyceum, sessions are £110 online and £140 face-to-face. Your first 15-minute consultation is free. No GP referral needed. We accept Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, VitalityHealth, WPA, Cigna, and Simplyhealth. We also accept health cash plans including Simplyhealth, Medicash, Health Shield, WPA, and Sovereign Healthcare.
